Refunds and Exchanges

We permit exchange and/or refund  only if the product has been damaged in transit. The product must be unused and original packaging must be retained. Return/ exchange must be requested within 10 days of purchase. Once we receive the product back, replacement will be sent to the customer. In case customer wants a refund, we'll initiate the refund after inspection of received product - this is valid only for purchases which were damaged in transit to customer. 

Late or missing refunds: 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit while being delivered to the customer. Send us an email at info@posaholistics.com 

Shipping

To return your defective/damaged product, you should mail your product to us at D-122 A, South City 1, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001.  We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Shipping Timeline

We will process orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving order confirmation. We ship pan India - the product will reach the customer within 3-5 business working days after confirmation of order placement and payment being made. In case of any unforeseen delays, the customer will be emailed keeping them apprised of the delay and reason thereof.
